It's official ......

I have no idea of what my body is doing !!!!! I hopped on the scales this morning for my weekly recordable weight - a loss of 1kg !!! What the ....... ????????????? As I said yesterday, my choices haven't been bad, I just haven't been eating enough each day - this is normally when I would put on because, as we all know, when we start to put our bodies into starvation mode, they hold every morsel we eat, just in case there is no more food coming. It may be the past couple of weeks when I have been making an effort to count and eat most of my points but I don't know.

Am off to begin another hectic day at the office - have a great day everyone !

I think that step into life class and the mowing in the heat may have something to do with it. However you know it is better to eat breakfast for your body so try to this week..OK? Don't want you to fall into a slump from lack of energy. Hope the "issues" are sorting out for you.

Michelle is right - don't skip your breakie!!! A good loss though, but please don't starve yourself.

I used to LOVE covering my school books - all the fun was in sticking it all on and then trying to push the bubbles out, lol.

Take the loss and run for the hills but be careful that the bad eating habits don't catch up with you next week! Take care and have a great week! XX

Well can you just send some of whatever you're doing my way please young lady, I seem to have been on a plateau for the last three weeks and no matter what I do the scales aren't budging.
The girls are right though, you have to eat your breakfast. Have a great day and be good.

All that worry for nothing. But maybe it was the worry that got you moving and shaped some of your decisions.

Either way, take it, smile and relax.....Breathe deeply... And walk straight past the chocolate machine LOL..

Hope you have a happy day today. Talk to you soon :D
