Quick catch up
Well the one week became two weeks before I was able to pull things back into line and I landed up with a 1.8kg gain. Luckily I was back on track and last week lost 1.3kg so nearly back to where I was before I fell off the rails.
I feel a little more motivated at the moment - not enough to actually exercise but in a better head space for now.
Off to spend some time in the pool - the temps are really up there today !
