That is what I needed

to get back on track. A gain of 1.4kg this week has given me the oomph to get back on track properly. 2 kgs over 2 weeks is just not good enough and now I am back and raring to go. Well maybe not quite raring to go but certainly more motivated to stay on track than I have been the past few weeks. The good thing is that I am still 1kg under goal so hopefully I will be able to pull it back before I land up going up to my goal weight and the slow creep starts to happen.

As you say, you are still 1 kg under goal and you have caught it before it creeps up any more, so you will be fine.
Yay for only 3 more sleeps!

Oi, that should be my gain but of course you don't have to give it back :-P This is a great kick in the pants. This week will be so much better for you and with Al back, sweet.

Whoo Hooo only 2 sleeps to go now. And you have done it right.. You stayed under your goal weight to allow for the times when the motivation takes a dive and the weight comes back up a little. You can allow for this. But you can also now kick it up a gear and take off those couple of nagging kgs again.

You are doing really well Linda and you will keep on top of this.

P.S. I finished on 20pts yesterday and even managed to get a trampoline session in. Yaaaay us :D
