Monday again

Firstly – I am not sure what I did right this week but the scales this morning showed a 2.4kg loss – got to be happy with that !!!! I have tried really hard with my sugar points and cutting out the extras that had slowly crept into what I was eating. Plus, while my exercise hasn’t been fantastic, it certainly has been better than the last couple of weeks so all in all I am a very happy camper.

It is sooooooooooo good to have Al back – having said that he got an e-mail yesterday advising that they have extended the contract again so there is the possibility that he will be off again. What can you do ? I said that whatever he did would be fine – we will manage if he goes and it will be lovely if he stays but we will have to make a decision in the next couple of days.

We had a great weekend – out and about doing lots of things that needed to be done. We had friends over for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights so there was lots of catching up done. Last night we went to Opera in the Park – we thought that it was the Popera in the Park and so left after we had eaten our dinner as it really wasn’t out taste in music.

I hope you all had a great weekend and that the week ahead is good to you.

Holy cow poop, 2.4 loss - you are a bloody legend! What's your secret? Congratulations. Sheesh. All that worrying must have made you lose weight!!
Yay for Al being back, boo hiss that he might have to go again, but hopefully this would be the LAST time??? You must be ecstatic to have him back at the moment though. I guess I don't need to say "have a great week" cos I know you will. Hang on, I just did anyway! LOL.

Gee you must have done a lot of things right! Or did it just melt off at the sight of Al? Glad he is home and you are enjoying life with him. Make the most of every day together.

Holy cow, I want what your taking! :-) Sugar makes a real difference doesn't it? I didn't think so before but now that I've been making lots of sugar treats, I've noticed the difference.

So glad Al's back and you had such a great weekend. Have a great week!

It must be the relief of having Al home. All that tension just disappeared along with the weight on the scales. Well done Linda. You have done what you said you were going to do and you have cut back on all that extra sweet eating. It's a good plan (and one I will make sure I emulate)

Have a great week Linda and enjoy this time with Al. Don't worry too much about him going back - he may not have to yet xx
