TGIF !!!!
Thank goodness it's Friday !!! I don't know if I could have made it through another day.
It's been two weeks (nearly since we got back) and I feel like I haven't had a chance to just sit down and realise that I am back home again !
Spain was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC !!!! I ate too much and put on all the weight I had lost before I left - but that was OK - I haven't beaten myself up over it. I did try to get to WW last Monday to join up again but circumstances didn't allow so I will either be there this Monday or the following one depending on how things go.
Other than that - life goes on (as it does for everyone) and I am hoping to be back posting more regularly now that our routine is sort of starting to come back into play.
