Thank you to all the wonderful friends I have made through this forum - you are all such special people who have enriched my life in so many different ways and there are many stars which have shone for me during some troubling times - thank you !

I'm sorry to hear that things are all 'pear-shaped'. I hope that stops really soon. Congratulations on your loss as well. You've done so well to get to goal and I know you won't sabotage it in the long term - you might go through some trying times, but life is a journey and there will be ups and downs. You'll get back up again, you'll see. We're thinking of you in the meantime.

I hope you can pull through this and just eat that damn pear that's warping your world. I saw this quote somewhere recently (I can't remember where or who sent it to me) ... when going through hell, don't stop. Just keep going 'til you get to the other side. Remember that bad days don't last and we have choices. It's something I have to keep reminding myself too. Thinking of you dearest Linda. Big {{{HUGS}}}.
Great thought and I hope things are going ok for you at the moment. Just remember you have done one of the hardest things and got to your weight goal. I know you can stay there and we are all here for you in need.
