Every woman should have one
This was sent to me by a very dear friend and I couldn't not post it !
While I have nothing to say on anything else (because things are all pear shaped at the moment) - I wanted to share this with you all and maybe put a smile on someone else's face.

The trouble with those kind of mirrors is you end up going out and everyone is thinking - does she really think she looks *good* in that?
I'm checking in at lunch time so that is OK :D
It is a great photo and even if the mirror is not real and you could make your mind see like that, it would make it a happier place to be.
Oh yeah, it's the other way around too. When you're at your goal weight, you see something much bigger on your off days!

My sister has one of those sorts of slimming mirrors and I frickin love it. There is nothing better than sauntering down the hallway and seeing the svelte reflection of yourself at the other end. Gotta be good for the confidence.
